· Schedule field service work in conjunction with service techs and e-synergy
· Sign off and submit SRS’s for processing
· Assist customers with developing and implementing PM programs
· Actively seek out new potential field service revenues
· Assist with completion of onsite service when/where required
· Work in conjunction with training department to train new field techs
· Work in conjunction with training department to schedule any customer training requirements
· Distribute PSB’s and MB’s to customer as required
· Assist with warranty claims
· Site visits to review MEMCO equipment and recommend upgrades
· Provide technical advice to customers via phone/e-mail
· Maintain accurate records of SRS’s
· Maintain e-synergy database of MEMCO equipment
· Travel between mine sites, mainly in Thompson and Flin Flon, required
· Other duties as assigned
Education:
· Grade 12 Diploma
· HDEM (or apprentice) an asset but not required.
Experience:
· Minimum five years field service experience, with previous knowledge of MEMCO equipment.
· Supervisory experience would be an asset.
· HDEM license
· Ability to communicate positively with customers, both internal and external.
· Proficient with the following computer programs: word, excel, outlook, project.
